Recruitment Development Representative will:
Concentrate on industry-leading recruiting training delivered by Subject Matter Experts (SME s)
Gain hands-on experience working with our candidates and customers
Learn about the wide-ranging business functions necessary to run a global workforce and business solutions organization
Be mentored by successful Acara subject matter experts
Make meaningful on-the-job business contributions
Demonstrate an ability to achieve top results

Required Skills / Qualifications:
3.0 cumulative Undergraduate GPA
Must have demonstrated customer experience on campus, within the community, and/or at work.
Must have well-developed analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Must be comfortable in all forms of communication, including phone, email, in person, and social media.
Must have strong relationship building and organizational skills.
