SNI Companies is looking for an Energetic, experienced Accounts Payable (AP)/ HR admin for one of our clients in Rosemount MN!
Contract to hire, looking to hire on directly after about 30-60 days
Prepare weekly freight batch invoices
Make sure invoices are properly coded and approved prior to entry
Enter all invoices in the system
Cut weekly checks (match up invoices to checks for signature)
Cut daily ACH/EFT payments
File weekly checks
Reception desk duties
Order office supplies
Review scrap settlements (They will teach this)
Help Account receivable with filing customer invoices
The AP side is about 30 hours per week and 10 hours or so a week of HR help (benefits, on-boarding, setting up drug test etc). You will be the face of the company sitting at the front desk and answering the phones, helping with office supply ordering and preforming the AP duties.
