Employer is looking for a Principal to join our Compensation team. This position will be responsible for managing the planning, design and administration of the organization's baseline and incentive compensation policies and programs for Employer Studios, Business Development, and Advertising. A key component of this role is Project management in identifying and driving harmonization in the areas of job structures, incentive pay plans. Provide end-to-end support in data analysis, job evaluation and key organizational initiatives in partnership with the HR leaders and business leaders across the organization. We are looking for a seasoned compensation professional with an in-depth experience in designing and implementing broad scale compensation and equity programs. This position will be responsible for managing the planning, design and administration of the organization's baseline policies and programs. The incumbent will take an active role in formulating the on-going compensation philosophy for the support organization and ensure competitive and equitable pay practices and structures that balance risk and reward. The individual will work directly with HR Business Partners, Management and other stakeholders to develop, lead and achieve compensation objectives aligned to a complex and dynamic business model and to assist, as required, in variable incentive compensation plan design consultation. The position will also be responsible for components such as the strategy, design, policies, guidelines, and operationalization of a key concept critical to the foundation of a specific compensation program. Works to gain alignment with different constituencies and represents a common point of view across multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate should be results oriented and flexible with the ability to manage multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The position will leverage central practices to foster and lead international compensation teams for an alignment with global and regional strategies, market conditions, business requirements, and support the approval and deployment of harmonized policies Minimum of 7 years experience in finance, compensation or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices. A Bachelor s degree is required. Highly proficient in Excel; familiar with Peoplesoft.
