E 25 Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs maintain job descriptions salary ranges to ensure they are current. N 10 Performs other duties as assigned. Performance Measurements 1. Proactively carry out assigned responsibilities with minimal number of mistakes. 2. Stay current on emerging practices and trends in the recruiting world. 3. Consistently demonstrate the utmost attention to detail. 4. Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. 5. Maintain job descriptions and post job openings. 6. Promptly screen resumes and job applications. 7. Successfully direct the selection and recruitment of employees. 8. Set up interview appointments. 9. Administer appropriate proficiency tests to job applicants. 10. Perform reference and background checks. 11. Create maintain recruiting reports. 12. Use salary structure program to revise and create job descriptions. 13. Must have excellent communication skills. Knowledge and SkillsExperience Three or more years of recruiting experience in a professional setting. Education A college degree in a relevant field is required. Interpersonal Skills Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy are essential elements of the job. Work involves much personal contact with others inside andor outside the organization for purposes of giving or obtaining information, building relationships, or soliciting cooperation.
