The HR Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple simultaneous projects of all sizes to completion. The HR Project Manager is responsible for and helping others with initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing projects, using defined and PMI standard processes. Under minimal supervision, the HR Project Manager ensures projects are clearly documented, determines resources needed, establishes project team accountabilities, determines project costs, documents risks, reports status, ensures quality, escalates issues and risks as needed in a timely manner, keeps stakeholders apprised, provides clear and professional communications regarding projects, manages project deliverables, and drives projects forward to timely completion. The HR Project Manager effectively interfaces with all levels of staff and management; analyzes requests for change of scope, timelines, or deliverables, and makes recommendations based on business and project principles; closes out projects; verifying and documenting project results; prepares final reports; summarizes successes; and provides recommendations for improvements. The HR Project Manager must be able to develop and present a professional product to multiple levels of management, have the ability to communicate assignments and due dates in a clear, professional and concise manner managers and project team members to provide them with the information and guidance needed to complete their tasks successfully.
