The main responsibility is to provide staffing services to the HR team by assisting in the hiring process.
Some of the duties and responsibilities of this job are as follows:
-Management of personnel files
-Screening applicants, conducting and scheduling interviews
-Responsible for managing job postings/LinkedIn/social media/website
-Managing new hire processes
-Coordinating training programs
-Assist with customer service
-Attend recruiting fairs
-Upgrade the new hire onboarding experience and shift paperwork to electronic processing
-Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
-3+ years- experience within human resource functions
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
-Ability to problem solve
-Proficiency using an HRIS and MSOffice, especially Excel.
