We offer competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.Position Summary:The Senior Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a key role by assisting the Legal Recruitment Manager and carrying out activities related to the recruiting and hiring of attorneys (summer associates, lateral, and alternative track career attorneys). Assists with other recruitment initiatives as needed.Duties & Responsibilities:Assists the Legal Recruitment Manager and Practice Group Leaders (PGLs) with the recruitment process for summer associates, lateral associates, lateral shareholders, and alternative track attorneys.Provides support for the on-campus recruiting process by preparing materials, scheduling callback interviews, following-up with attorneys, and coordinating appropriate communications to candidates.Oversees the day-to-day functions of the Summer Associate program in the New York office including coordinating training, sourcing work assignments, compiling evaluations, planning and coordinating social events, and other duties associated with the summer program.Coordinates interview schedules and gather feedback on prospective candidates.Assists in drafting/updating job postings. Reviews and process resumes from job postings, identify and present qualified candidates for active searches. Process resumes in the applicant tracking system and generate reports when necessary.Interface effectively with candidates or legal search firms, provides candidate correspondence, and submits requests for background checks.Assists with new hire orientation and on-boarding.Assists Manager by networking and partnering with career services to reach law students.Provides administrative support to the Legal Recruitment Manager including but not limited to expenses and file maintenance.Performs additional duties as required.Skills & Competencies:Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate with attorneys and staff across all levels of seniorityStrong interpersonal skills; must be a team playerAbility to maintain confidentialityQualifications & Prior Experience:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience3 to 5 years recruiting experience in a mid to large law firm settingProficiency with software including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)At Greenberg Traurig, we are committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
