Maximus is currently looking for a Recruiter to join our team. This is a work from home position with the ability to travel 30-40%. The program will support Customer Service Representatives who use scripted responses to answer questions from the public, entering information required to process fulfillment requests for Census forms, and collecting and entering Census data into an Internet Self Response (ISR) instrument.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement successful sourcing strategies on a local level to recruit external Veteran and Disabled candidates.
  • This includes building long term and strategic relationships with diversity organizations, military channels, educational institutions, professional associations, community colleges and agencies, as well as leveraging innovative sourcing technologies for this space.
  • Partner with Project, divisional and corporate Recruiter s, recruiting and Human Capital Leaders to understand long term and short term staffing goals and assist in implementation of sourcing strategies in support of business need.
  • Recruit at conference & other hiring events, network and source for a diverse pool of candidates, screen resumes, assess and interview candidates, and provide feedback and recommendations to recruitment, Human Capital & hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with Company applicant tracking practices and with federal/state laws.
  • Utilize metrics to assess sourcing strategies to Ensure effective investments are being made & report on recruiting activities as required or requested.
  • Responsible for insuring compliance to EEO/OFCCP regulations.
  • Interacts and builds relationships with third party vendors as necessary.
  • Coordinate and integrate other Veterans and Disabled related initiatives such as onboarding, mentoring and transitioning.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
  • Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
