Roles & Responsibilities:

-This is a high volume environment so someone who thrives making 80-100 outbound sales calls per day is a must.

-Make outbound calls to clinically licensed healthcare professionals with the goal of recruiting them for a variety of temporary and permanent employment opportunities.

-Serve as the primary liaison between existing temporary healthcare staff and the company s existing client base in order to match qualified staff to open positions.

-Serve as the lead account manager for assigned clients to ensure we exceed their expectations on a daily basis.

-Work collaboratively with internal recruitment teams to keep them aware of priority positions and ensure effective recruitment initiatives in order to maximize results.

* Bachelor'sDegree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
* 1-5 years of experience in Sales, Recruiting, Customer Service orCommunications.
