PrideStaff Atlanta East is looking for a personable, dedicated administrative professional to support our internal growing team! What are the main functions and purpose of this job?
*First to answer the phone and greet incoming traffic
*Reach out to potential candidates after review of applications
*Administer pre-screen phone interviews, applications and assessments of candidates
*Schedule candidates for interviews
*To direct clients with job order requests to the Staffing Consultants
*To input accurately all necessary candidate information into computer system
*To ensure quality service by handling client and candidate matters courteously, properly and efficiently
*Perform other related duties as deemed necessary by the Operations Manager
Hours: 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday
Pay: $14-$15/hr DOE. There is also uncapped commission. We offer PTO, health insurance (health, dental, vision), and a 401K with company match!
**FYI that we are currently located in Lilburn, but will be moving to Norcross in March. The new location is less than 5 miles away from our current one.
Education and Experience:
*Higher education is preferred, but can be substituted for similar experience (HS Diploma or GED is required of all employees).
*Experience in the hospitality industry
*Experience in an administrative role, including answering a multi-phone line
*Immaculate multi-tasking skills
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Attention to detail and accuracy of data entry
*Strong computer skills
*Enthusiastic phone presence
*Experience in the staffing industry is a plus
*Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
