ResponsibilitiesProcessing accurate information that will support the Human Resources team:Maintaining an updated database with all the information about current employees of the company they represent, including personal information, salary, time in the company, and past grievances.Assisting with the recruitment process:Posting job openings.Use social media networks (e. g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.Using social media networks (e. g. LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter) to look for and connect with potential candidates.Scheduling and setting dates for interviews.Following up with successful candidates.Assisting with the new hire process:Opening a new file for newly hired employees.Performing background checks once candidate is hired.Prepares new hire welcome packets and ensures compliance with RELI new hire orientation, reviews I-9 requirements, review and notate all new hire I-9 paperwork.Ensuring that all benefits and compensations that were offered to employees are delivered.Providing guidance and assistance to new employees.Answering and addressing all questions and queries employees may have.Assisting with maintaining employee records:Maintaining an updated file with all employees documentation and information.Assisting with benefits administration:Keeping track of employee s off time, either due to vacation or sick leave.Addressing and answering all payroll related questions.Assisting with internal event organization and coordination, including events and training activities.Keeping track of employee s off time, either due to vacation or sick leave.Participates in administrative staff meetings, employee outreach, and attends other meetings and seminars.
