Job Title : Talent Acquisition Recruiter Location : Rocky Mount, NC Duration :6 Months Role Description The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting best-in-class candidates supporting Pfizer supply chain/manufacturing roles for Rocky Mount, NC manufacturing facility. The successful Recruiter will be considered a trusted advisor and strategic partner and work closely with Hiring Managers and HR leadership to ensure that hiring meets business needs and objectives, while proactively managing multiple projects simultaneously. Prefer that this position be client facing, with at least 3 days per week at the Rocky Mount site. Responsibilities Support full-life cycle recruitment needs for manufacturing (OTE and Exempt level roles) including direct sourcing techniques, consultative skills, and compensation, ensuring that every stage from the raising of the initial staff requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with global operating procedures and adhere to best practice principles. Develop a detailed understanding and awareness of the Pfizer Global Supply customer in order to improve the quality and alignment of recruitment support Responsible to define and implement a standard and consistent process, define service guidelines and metrics as needed. Increase candidate flow and develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates. Evaluate candidate backgrounds to match core competencies with key hiring requirements and assess motivational fit. Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard to fill positions including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, utilization of external research, etc. Proactively create a talent pipeline ofcandidates. Effectively integrate diversity into staffing process to ensure diverse candidate slates. Minimum Educational Qualifications: BS degree in Human Resource, Business, a related discipline, or equivalent experience. 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in talent acquisition/recruitment function within a large corporate environment. Strong preference for supply chain recruitment experience. Experience: Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving and interpersonal skills In depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is desired from concept to pre-clinical Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects at a time Strong written and verbal communication skills Must have experience working with Excel, PowerPoint, and social media/networking sites Prior experience working with PS Recruit or Workday is a plus Direct sourcing and/or recruitment agency experience is preferred
