Proficiency with variety of computer applications: ATS (HR Smart preferred), HRIS (Lawson preferred), Sharepoint, and Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, etc. Experience in recruiting on social media niche sites to source talent and build a strong talent pool. Demonstrate knowledge of federal, state(s), and local employment laws. Strong knowledge of Acute Care facilities functions and general operations relative to human capital. Possess excellent discernment and critical thinking skills when considering placement of applicants. Collaborate with CNO and local Human Resources team to creatively evaluate appropriate options for RN candidates. Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner in order to build strong relationships with potential recruits and current applicants.
Travel Requirements throughout assigned market: approximately 20%.
Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:
Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years RN recruiting experience in a large, healthcare system with high-volume recruiting. Minimum Requirements: An Associate s degree in a related field (e.g., Human Resources, healthcare) is required. Bachelor s degree in Nursing or Registered Nurse background preferred. At least one year of healthcare recruitment experience required. Nationally recognized certification highly preferred (e.g., CIR, (Certified Internet Recruiter), RACHR, (Lean Recruiter Academy Certification in Healthcare Recruiting) or CHCR (Certified Healthcare Recruiter).
