If you are looking to use your HR experience in a fast-paced, dynamic, rewarding environment, this position may be for you.RESPONSIBILITIES:Primary business partner for Senior VP of Production and Launch on all HR mattersManage and develop a team of approximately 10 HR professionals serving 3,000+ employees across multiple sitesProvide strategic direction and guidance on complex employee relations issues, organizational structure, workforce planning, employee engagement, change management, and other HR initiativesCoach leadership, including directors and above, through performance management issues and to improve their leadership skillsUse data to identify trends and areas of concern and to monitor progress of remedial actionsOperate as the ultimate HR expert, providing expertise and leadership to handle the most complex and/or sensitive employee relations issues, communications, and investigationsEnforce legal compliance with applicable laws and company policiesCollaborate with other HR teams to ensure calibration and consistencyProvide change management and leadership to introduce new and impactful HR initiatives and changes, often working in close partnership with other HR functional experts (Recruiting, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Data and Automation) to address client group needs and concernsDesign and quickly implement solutions, policies, or practices that cut across multiple disciplines and stakeholders to achieve company goals without sacrificing compliance or company cultureBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor s degree5+ years of experience in Human Resources3+ years of experience in a Human Resources leadership roleExperience managing a team of direct reportsExperience working with executive-level leadershipPREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:8+ years of experience in Human ResourcesExperience working in California and knowledge of state labor lawsExperience personally handling a wide variety of complex employee relations issuesStrong leadership skills and experience managing a teamHistory of success innovating, leading, and managing the execution of projectsSuperior project management and process improvement skillsExperience working in a manufacturing/production environmentExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilitiesEye for innovation and efficiencyComfortable working with data and HRIS systems (i. e., Workday, Greenhouse, Ultipro)Team player who enjoys collaborating with other groupsExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate empathyComfortable pushing back on senior leadership and challenging the status quoExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workExperience working in a fast-paced, high-volume work environmentExcellent at managing time and prioritizing workPassion for human resourcesADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:Must be willing to work nights and weekends when neededWillingness to travel around 10% of the timeITAR REQUIREMENTS:To conform to U.
