Description of Duties/Essential Functions Benefits Supplemental Questions Under general direction of the Human Resource Director. Provides advice and counsel relative to insurance, retirement, and the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA). Performs para-professional duties in the processing of Personnel Transactions, Administering Group Insurance, Deferred Compensation, Retirement Benefits, Classifications and Pay Plan ensuring compliance with Rules & Regulations.
Minimum Requirements: Requires knowledge, skill and menial development equivalent to completion of two years of college or satisfactory completion of an approved training program. Requires extensive knowledge of office practices and procedures. Requires working knowledge of human resources programs, rules and regulations. Requires ability to operate commonly used manual and automated office equipment, systems and software and perform routine maintenance. Requires the ability to keyboard accurately at a rate of 30 wpm.
