As the Sr. Diversity Recruiting Program Manager, youll have a unique opportunity to develop and lead Tableaus diversity recruiting programs. Some of the things youll be doing include.
Developing and implementing recruiting strategies to expand the talent pipeline. This includes events, conferences, brand/marketing, treks, community outreach, referrals, bootcamps, hackathons, and other diversity related activities to attract and hire a broad range of underrepresented talent communities to Tableau.
Building and leading specific hiring initiatives to accelerate diversity hiring.
Serving as a subject matter expert to the Recruiting team, HR Business Partners, Hiring Managers, and the Business and work to integrate diversity hiring practices into the workflow. This may include creating and delivering trainings and making improvements to the recruiting/hiring process.
Evaluating and implementing new tools and technologies.
Managing social media strategy and provide compelling content on Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.
Partnering with Employee Resource Groups to gain insights and leverage others expertise.
Who you are
Experienced. 8+ years of prior experience in Recruiting and/or building and managing recruiting programs.
Performer. Proven track record of creating and executing diversity recruiting strategies for a global organization. Experience building processes and programs from scratch.
Excellent Communicator. Ability to partner, influence, and work effectively with all levels of an organization.
Go-Getter. Possesses strong planning, execution and multitasking skills and demonstrated ability to reprioritize accordingly. Must be able to manage quickly changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
