Build talent pipelines for call center and corporate functions including Sales, Customer Operations, Technology, Finance, Accounting, and Executive as needed.
Sssess and analyze talent trends and provide insights to Talent Leadership and the business.
Ability to build an effective inbound applicant flow strategy for call center positions to reduce the cost of hire through direct sourcing. Utilized programmatic and/or event-based recruitment tactics to reach top talent.
Proven ability to manage 20-30 requisitions while successfully balancing quality and time to fill.
Assist with the development of Talent Brand activities related to candidate experience and attraction high quality talent by setting appropriate expectations, consistently following up w/ status updates through multiple communication channels, and genuinely trying to act in the best interest of the candidate.
Develop and sustain efficient processes utilizing the ATS to ensure transparency.
Build effective partnership with Hiring Managers to understand their organization, roles, and long-term vision as it relates to Talent.
Partner effectively with HR Business Partners to impact the full lifecycle of the employee experience by understanding business needs and objectives.
Build relationships and partner across the Talent organization to accomplish goals that increase quality of hire, retention, engagement, and productivity within the company.
Basic Hiring Criteria:
Bachelors degree or equivalent year.
At least 6 years of recruiting experience in a fast paced, full lifecycle role.
Demonstrated success of consistently producing results in a high-volume recruiting environment.
Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the HR organization and not operate in silos.
Proven ability to attract, engage, and close passive Senior level talent (Director level ).
Comfortable interfacing with candidates and stakeholders of all levels.
Understand how to leverage social media to grow your network & develop/maintain relationships.
Partners with HR Business partners to understand the needs and current state and future state of the business to provide solutions/recommendations to foster desired outcomes.
