About You:
You are a continuous learner who thrives in an environment where change is constant. You love finding new technology that drives innovation, automation and efficiency. You aren't afraid to take a good hard look at legacy tools and reimagining what they are capable of. You know that the devil is in the details and love figuring out native reporting capabilities built into core software tools PLUS you are happy to dive into data and build meaningful and high impact insights. You know that perfection is the enemy of getting stuff done. Here are some more specific things:
* 8+ years of experience working in the recruiting space partnering with multiple stakeholders
* Passion for finding new and innovative tools in the recruiting space
* You love sharing your knowledge of technology such that your colleagues fully leverage the full capabilities of those tools
