As a Recruiter, you will work with the hiring manager to attract, hire, and retain the best talent for our client.
Other Recruiter responsibilities include:
Full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt positions
Sourcing candidates through job boards, career fairs, social media, networking, staffing firms, and social events
Implementing competency-based and thorough interview questions pertaining to specific fields to effectively screen qualified candidates
Analyzing and summarizing recruitment metrics and preparing executive reports
Someone who has previous experience in a recruiting role would be a good fit for the Corporate Recruiter role.
Additional requirements of the Recruiter role include:
2 + years of recruiting experience Experience with full-cycle recruiting Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Associated topics: consultant, headhunter, interview, recruit, recruiter, sourcer, sourcing support, specialist, staffing coordinator, talent acquisition
