Collaborating with stakeholders to determine learning needs and the best delivery approach.
Creating innovative learning solutions for sales, products, customer service, and employee development.
Managing projects to create effective learning solutions on time and on budget.
Evaluating program effectiveness and continuously improving our solutions.
Providing regular updates to senior leadership on progress and results achieved.
Responsible for analysis, client leading, project management, and performance coaching. Daily interfacing within Verizon professionals, especially program/project managers within corporate and field client groups, training resources (internal/external), to receive, analyze, prioritize, and project manage training development and delivery requests.
Conduct detailed needs analysis, design, development, delivery and evaluation of skills and knowledge training. The training delivery methods focus on all aspects of learning: face-to-face lab-based, web conferencing, eLearning modalities, and performance support systems.
This position has high visibility to executive leadership and will be responsible to share progress reports and ultimately results especially focused on Impact/ROI.
Conducts any necessary train-the-trainer sessions for curriculum they have developed to other field trainers.
Requires minimal, if any, management direction and/or supervision, instead leads all milestone SME and manager reviews. Set schedules, manages internal/external development resources, and communicates progress/issues.
Uses expertise to directly influence others inside and outside department and function.

Youll need to have:
Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience designing custom learning programs using alternative delivery methods.
Even better if you have:
Consulted with HR professionals and their business clients.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and training approaches.
Managed projects effectively balancing timeliness and quality in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to demonstrate conducting appropriate needs, task and audience analysis
Experience in designing in multiple modalities
Experience in curriculum development for various learning delivery tools
Experience or aptitude in including AR/VR in high skill development and HTML 5
Experience in performance support background
Technical or network savvy experience; demonstrate ability to quickly grasp technology and technical concepts
Demonstrated expertise with ADDIE and SAM training development models
Advanced consulting experience
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on-time results
Responsible for full body of work from idea generation to posting and follow through
Demonstrated ability to develop and customize activities to ensure participant engagement and knowledge retention
Experience with Level 3 and 4 evaluations of training programs
Experience in mentoring and coaching on a team
