What youll be doing...
You'll enjoy the challenge of supporting hiring initiatives through the management of background check processing for external hires. Youll be fueling our growth by playing a key role in onboarding the talent that will shape our future. Overseeing the completion of background checks for external hires and internal staffing movement, as needed. Working closely with our third party background vendor, and candidates, to ensure timely and thorough completion of background checks. Analyzing background check results and providing recommendations based on established parameters, individual case details and state/federal law. As needed, liaising with internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal) in rendering a background decision. Communicating directly with candidates and recruiters. Identifying trends and patterns in fallout rates to help identify areas for improvement.
What were looking for...
Youll need to have: Bachelors degree or one or more years of work experience. One or more years of experience as an analyst or in an administrative role. Customer service experience.
Even better if you have: A degree. Knowledge of or experience with background investigations, SCRA compliance, and/or EEO. Experience with the PeopleSoft applicant tracking system (ATS). Demonstrated effective communication skills, including the ability to conduct challenging and sensitive conversations. Ability to work independently and take decisional accountability. Strong teamwork with effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to maintain an extremely high degree of confidentiality. Strong records and documentation management.
