We need people like you at XPO Logistics to hire the best in the business.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability, and the opportunity to participate in a company incentive plan.What you'll do on a typical day:Partner with senior management to develop recruitment strategy including building pipelines for current and future needsConduct regular business partner meetings to educate on recruiting best practices and market data, including execution of recruiting processes and toolsManage offer process to include salary recommendations, offer letter generation, and offer acceptance/turn downs, in addition to partnering with relevant business partners on all negotiationsMaintain data integrity within applicant tracking system Responsible for interview scheduling and logisticsEnsure a smooth and positive candidate experienceDevelop and maintain a network of contacts to easily identify and source qualified talent through a variety of channels including internet, social networking sites, networking, cold calling, referrals, job fairs, etc.; initiate contact with possible qualified talent for specific positions via direct sourcingWhat you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you'll need:7 years of experience with full life cycle recruiting5 years of experience working with a leading applicant tracking systemIt'd be great if you also have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience in the transportation/logistics/freight brokerage industrySearch firm experience coupled with recruitment experience in freight brokerage corporate environmentDemonstrated expertise in advanced internet searching, candidate research, and cold callingProficiency with Microsoft OfficeExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage customer relationships, provide strong customer service skills, and work in a large, team environmentDemonstrated confidence in all settings when advising/partnering with business partners; ability to maintain professionalism and focus in an ambiguous environmentSolutions-oriented with strong problem-solving and follow-up skillsProven organization skills with ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in an environment with competing demandsBe part of something big.XPO provides cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the world's most successful companies, including Disney, Pepsi, L'Or al, Toyota and many others.
